HERE'S SOME MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking an appointment reserves a time slot specifically for you. Out of fairness to other patients and to the doctors, we require at least 24 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Our office is closed on Fridays; therefore, all Monday appointments must be cancelled by the Thursday prior to avoid any late cancellation fees.
There will be a charge comparable to the complexity and length of your visit for any missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled within 24 business hours: All Telehealth appointments - $250 late cancellation fee All In-office appointments - $350 late cancellation fee
